Company Sales Policy

Our company reserves the right to surcharge at a 8% interest rate per month on overdue accounts. All orders must be paid in US dollars.
We accept credit card, Bank check or T/T Wire.
All sales items are added to a sales tax of 8.875% (9.25% for CA residents) without providing Sales Tax ID number.
Prices and our return, exchange policies, are subjected to change without further notice.

Shipping & Handling Policy
We provide UPS delivery service.
Customers are responsible for all the shipping and handling fee.
We may charge at a minimum of $12.00 for sales items that require special shipping and handling delivery within New York City area.

Refund & Return Policy
There is absolutely no returns or refunds after seven (7) days of purchase.
All returned items must be in their original box. Any missing items in the package will not be credited nor accepted for returns.
All returns must fulfill the above conditions. All necessary delivery charges are not refundable and customers are responsible for all these charges.
All refund checks will be mailed or credited to account within 15-20 days.
All return items will be charged 20% of the original invoice price if they are damaged without claiming to us beforehand.

Exchange Policy
Exchange merchandise must be claimed within seven (7) business days, and with an approval case number by Beauties City Supplies Inc. There will be a 15% surcharge applied to all exchanges after the claiming period.

Cancellations & Damage Policy
Damaged merchandise must be claim immediately within five (5) business days.
We have the right to charge 25% of the standard price of the entire invoice or receipt for canceling an order that is either delivered or yet to be delivered to cover the labor involved.
